Does what it sayd
Haven't used these yet, but a number of my crafting friends have them and say that the colours are really vibrant on dark parchment. I've seen the results on black parchment, and can't wait to try them. Good price.

Vivid colours
Beautiful colours on black paper . Very soft lead . Great to work with it . Highly recommended

Lacking pigment
Pros- waxy, soft, glides on the paper and opacity is good.Cons- just not enough pigment. There is a high wax content that could lead to blooming. Being triangular, some may find them difficult to sharpen.

Not bright enough
Dont like how light they are. Pencil colors need to be bright and dark enough for good drawings
