I've been using them over a year now and resistance is mantained. They have not stretch out and they stay in place (without moving or Rolling during excercise. I will highly recommend over the silicone bands.

I love these! They are so much more comfortable to wear than those darned rubber ones my husband has. They do not roll down, and they stay put pretty well. They have some sort of gripping strip on the inside, though with aggressive use they will still move around a bit. To be expected.I absolutely recommend these for your glute workouts though. These are the main thing I used when I first started, and I saw over half an inch of glute growth in that time. They are still a big part of my routine for my kick backs, clam shells, and fire hydrants, as well as raised glute bridges (with pulses between sets), and I still really feel the burn. I have since had to include weighted exercises to continue to progress (as to be expected), but these will not only get you started and ready for that (glute activation is real you guys), but you will continue to find use for them for some time.I do wish that they had one or two more up, but that’s probably asking too much as most band sets do not have this. Wonderful product, and you will get more use out of them if you aim for a higher rep routine.Overall, they do exactly what they are meant to do!

I received this product yesterday and I just love it! Definitely worth it! You can tell it is made of good quality, has a certain faint smell to it but it's not like a bad odor. My bf always criticizes me when I want to buy better resistance products because I don't like the rubber ones since they tend to slide off. He was equally impressed with the quality of the product and started using one of the bands. These do not slide, they stay in place, force you to work out, I was breaking a sweat within a few minutes of working out. (I just might be weak tho). I mainly purchased these because my zoom classes have me so stationary I need something to help me work out.I have these around my legs, doing hip abductors, during my breaks I do lunges and other workouts. It's great! Keeps me awake.

What I like about these bands is the material.It is firm and sturdy and does not roll or move during exercise.To me, the resistance of these three bands is perfect.If you're new to this product, I love how they can provide you with some guidelines to show you where to start.I've used bands before, but I like the tips the guide gives you.It also provides a lifetime warranty in case something happens to your band, which is why I chose to order these bands.To be honest, they are of high quality, they come in three different resistance types, it shows some workouts along with a small book, and it also offers some free months of video workout signatures, and then you have to pay.I recommend them, they are great, love them!

I wanted to get some bands that would not roll up or seem cheap and these was such a great investment. They are thick and will not roll up when exercising. I would recommend this product if you're looking for something that is going to last and is worth the money.

These are hands down the best resistance bands I have ever used. They do not roll up/down especially when you are using them! They are easy to keep clean because you can pop them in the washer and dryer. The only thing about that is after a while the elastic in the band will start to be exposed, if not washed and dried on the gentle cycle. Other than that, I've enjoyed these bands for almost a year now!

Stop looking! After several reviews, I purchased these bands and I’m glad I did. They are awesome! They stretch with still keeping resistance. They don’t ride up and stay put even during a sweaty workout. I can’t believe the quality for the price. I don’t typically write reviews, but I’m so impressed that I wanted to share. I’m a gym rat and have used several different bands, these feel superior. Perfect for rough high level training AND for stretching, toning, physical therapy type exercises. Everyone can use these!

Siendo sincero no las uso para ejercitarme, pero en durabilidad al menos me han sorprendido para bien por el precio al que están.Las uso para mantener el respaldo de mi silla de ruedas con tensión. Estoy horas y horas sentado y siguen con buena elasticidad después de unos meses.

These arrived in a plastic bag but also a cute bag do carry them in as well, and a mini instruction of the exercises you can do with the bands! Arrived in just a day. Such pretty colors too! The only thing is that they’re not as stretchy as I thought they’d be, just a bit stiff, but still does the job!
