Gourmet Popcorn 100 Recipes for any Occasion

I guess that if anything is true, I have learned that cooking is not easy for a person like me. I didn't learn how to cook growing up, I always was outside working with my Dad. My head under the hood of a big rig and fetching tools. My brothers hated working with him, and I was the only one that loved it. I did learn how to fend for myself with cars and almost anything else. My dad always said that it was good to be a girl, but that girl needed to know how to be self-sufficient. Well, I definitely am that, thanks to him. Oh, and he always made me wear gloves to that I would still have soft hands WITHOUT grease under the nails!!! LOL That being said I have collected cookbooks so that I can fix anything that I want. I love having the digital ones, they don't take up any space. Also having a small family now that the kids and grandkids are grown, having a cookbook is the only way to go in making smaller portions.

As soon as I got this book, I paged through several times like a story book. The photography and food styling is unique and beautiful for every recipe. There is a great variety of both sweet and savory recipes. Can’t wait to try more of them. The first one I made was the s’mores popcorn. Absolutely delicious! In addition to the recipes, the author provides several different methods for popping the corn if you don’t have a popper. I used the stove stop method which was so fast and easy!

I absolutely LOVE this book. I pulled it out of the box and my daughter and I bookmarked several pages. Some of the recipes we already had ingredients for, so that made making the recipe easy. We've now made 6 different recipes, and each has been a hit! I like how the book tells you different ways to make your popcorn, as well as gives you suggestions on the type of ingredients to use.I bought 2 and gave one as a gift, as well as the ingredients to make one of the recipes. The book makes a great gift for the popcorn lover in your life. It also is easy enough to have your children assist you with the recipes. I will probably be buying more to give as Christmas gifts!

I received the book for free, thanks to the author, so I try not to be too critical. I was pleasantly surprised by this author. This is not a cut and paste collection. Each recipe is individually created with specific instructions for preparation and even has full color photos accompanying each delicious concoction. The author has provided insightful tips throughout the pages. There are some pretty tempting choices here. I am already looking forward to munching on this gourmet popcorn while snuggled up watching TV this winter. Excellent book, I would give it more stars if I could!

I'm very happy with the recipes in this book the pictures are very colorful! The recipes do not call for a lot of ingredients. I can't wait to try these. Thank you for writing this wonderful book!

I gave this to my popcorn loving friend. She was very excited. Loved the variety of recipes inside.

I can't wait till our next grandkid sleepover and make a special popcorn recipe. I loved the sounds of the different flavors and the pictures were perfect. I'm sure they will love it too!

This book is detailed, pictures are great and the recipes are very creative (like the hamburger popcorn!).I recommend.
