Considering that she keeps her house about 17 degrees (mid sixties Fahrenheit) the dough rose perfectly and the pizza crust had a nice jump in the oven. I didn't think my red star yeast would have performed as well so I ordered some. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Love not having added Aluminum
No longer have to use that Arm & Hammer Aluminum filled product. A bit pricey but worth the money.
