Simran THG-750T Step Up & Down Voltage Transformer Converter for 110V & 220/240V 750W

I got the same product from the other company to use for an Indian mixer. whenever we switchon the mixer the fuse used to blow off. The mixer is of around 350 Watts and the product I bought was of 500 watts. Then I returned the product and got this one... the product is working great... Without any issue till now... The only problem I see is... its very very heavy. Thanks ********

I have a mixer from India and i needed a step up converter and was looking to buy from local electronic shops. These shops were charging $45 and above and i had to drive down 25 miles. Thanks to you guys, the product arrived in good shape and as promised.

This is a good, solid, useful device for an unbelievable price! Keep in mind the free shipping; these things are heavy. I have seen these for less UNTIL you start to order it and calculate shipping. Unfortunately, it could not have been packed any worse. So, one of them (I ordered two) is perfect and works great, except the spare fuse(s) (for both of them) was (were) completely smashed. On the other transformer, the end with the outlet, was smashed in badly enough so that the black paint "wrinkled" off and part of it was bare metal as a result. Upon plugging it in and checking it out, it didn't work any more either. The good one, when plugged into a 120 volt outlet, read 240 volts or 60 volts (would be 120 with 240 in), depending on the setting of the switch. The bad one, the one that got smashed and didn't work, put out 120 volts regardless of the position of the 120-240 switch. I was absolutely stunned when I contacted Amazon and explained, because Amazon paid the return shipping AND created a pickup for UPS and they came and got it! I have NEVER come across better customer service and I'm pretty old! I had been sure that I would have to eat the return shipping through no fault of my own. NO!

Great product! It performs with reliable conversion and I love it

The product it self works as advertised and works just fine. However, the packaging almost destroyed this product. It came damaged and at first didn't work, I had to arrange the fuze to get a connection. It had been damaged on the end with the fuse and broke it loose from the unit. Packaging caused this review to be a three star verses 5 star review.

Cost very little. Arrived in good timing. Works perfectly. Great deal. Warmly recommended. I shall probably buy more stuff like this. Thanks

This "product" came with dents, in pieces, wrong product it does not step up but only down and it has missing pieces. Do not buy from this provider. They are just trying to steal your money. 1 star because there is no chance to put zero or negative stars... I feel lucky I am in the US to be able to return it for free, but I am very sorry for the people from other countries, that will have to pay a bunch of money to return it back and guess...many will choose not to return it because it will be very expensive.. So, a money robbery in the end... Please do really make case of this negative ratings. I would imagine that the same people who are stealing our money are the ones who write reports talking good of this products and rating them with more than 1 star...

Using it for about 6 month and it works as it should.
