Started on first pull
Apparently you can clean out an old carb only so many times, then its done. That where I was. I bought this one, carefully replaced the old one with it, cleaned out the fuel tank and the gas can. The 20 year old troy bilt push mower with a Briggs on it started on the first pull and ran perfectly. Just got finished mowing my large yard with tall grass. So, yes, I am very happy with this.

Hardest Part Was Figuring Out the Model Number of the Original Carburetor
Just go ahead and get this! It's truly plug and play! This completely rejuvenated my old lawnmower.I really, really tried to go about my fix the right way. I ordered and installed a $50 Briggs and Stratton carburetor overhaul kit with factory Briggs and Stratton parts. Removed and replaced all the gaskets, o-rings, floaters, pins and plungers. After cleaning the carb out not only did it go from not starting to sputtering, but it was now dumping gas all over the grass as well. There was just too much build up.I finally gave up.After figuring out the correct replacement I ordered this cheapo Chinese replacement and wah-lah!It's like having a brand new mower. No issues, hardest part was figuring out the model number of the original carburetor.Your Google-fu needs to be strong for that.

Part fits perfectly but does run a little rich.

The top collector to the butterfly valve are too small and can easily break.
I had to modify the butterfly valve from my original carb.It all works well. But, needed some modification to work. Good luck!
