Q: do the LED's work on a positive earth car

As led,s are set up to work one way I think it will not work

Q: How waterproof are they? Often toggle switches have a rubber boot.

they are fine for insides i have them on our boat not saying they wont corrode put some grease on them should be fine the rubber boot ones are the exact same only a rubber boot on the switch all that does keep in the moisture
