Keek hier op basis van recensies heel erg naar uit. Had al wilde plannen om in weekend te koken. Eerste ontgoocheling was een bluts onderaan de rand die me opviel van zodra ik de pot uit de doos haalde. Omdat de doos nergens beschadigd was of tekenen vertoonde van impact ga ik er vanuit dat deze pot geblutst in de doos werd gezet. Soit, is jammer maar accidenten kunnen gebeuren.Meer zorgwekkend voor de kwaliteitscontrole van Paderno vond ik de bodem van de pan. Die was namelijk lichtjes concaaf (+- 3mm) en dit ondanks de heel dikke bodem. Dat is natuurlijk geen accident. De twijfel slaat nu toe of ik nog een Paderno sudderpot ga kopen of niet. Vraag me af of anderen hetzelfde voor hebben met hun exemplaar.

Très très bonne qualité, casserole avec fond épais et lourd pour une meilleure répartition de la chaleur, enfin de la qualité professionnelle.

The absurdly thick aluminum disc bottom heats things really evenly. Fairly easy to clean up when I follow this procedure: heat the pan by itself until water skitters across the top, add oil, wait until the oil gets all shimmery, and only then add food. I will occasionally use barkeeper’s friend to clean off rainbow protein stains.It doesn’t come with a lid, but I use a scanpan evolution lid (11”) and it does the job.This is a great form factor. I use it for stove to oven dishes, deep frying chicken (it’s very wide and so requires more oil than a wok, but it works fine), steaming fish (the corelle spaghetti bowls barely fit inside), cooking rice, simmering curries...It’s short enough to fit nicely into the oven and reach in with a spatula to flip browning chicken, but tall enough to make soup.

Appena ritirata! Sembra molto robusta ed è anche pesante. Spero mantenga le promesse. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuto per questo acquisto su Amazon è stato l'imballaggio: assolutamente scadendente. il tegame è arrivato senza scatola propria e senza alcun imballaggio protettivo se non un velo di cellofan; chiaramente il peso dell'articolo durante il trasporto ha rotto la scatola Amazon che la conteneva. Comunque il tegame non ha subito danni a parte qualche rigatura qua e là. Stavolta Amazon non è stata all'altezza.
