The shipment arrived as scheduled, on a Sunday no less! However, the two delivery guys paid no attention to the arrows on the boxes. They were removed from the truck upside down and placed in my garage upside down. The boxes were also damaged. While upside down, I could see holes in the bottom (now top!) of the boxes and what looked like legs sticking out. Other than being upside down, the table box was in good shape.I rotated the boxes so the arrows pointed up. I opened the table box first and retrieved all the parts and instructions. Everything looked in good order. I opened the box with the six chairs and good see that the tip rail of two chairs had the paint/stain/anodizing worn off. I was remiss to remove them from the box but the instruction booklet said to contact Hanover with any concerns. It said to NOT return to rather reatiler. This assured me that they would take care of any issues. That turned out to be an incorrect assumption. So, two chairs had the top rail worn of its stain, and found another chair that had the small rubber foot sheared off at the bottom of the leg.The table assembled easily once I got a 10mm socket and ratchet. The table was in pretty good shape with the exception of one of the legs. Each leg has a small ribber/plastic foot that thread's in and allows for leveling. One of the four is cross threaded and can't be adjusted.Okay so there's the issues with the dining set. I contacted Hanover and talked to a rep. She created a ticket and went an email. Iwas to respond to the email with my issues and include photos. My email bounced back as they could not accept the number of photos I included. I responded again with fewer pictures and a question about how I would need to address the issues not addressed bathe pictures I'd sent. They simply replied to send it back to Amazon. While attempting to create a return ticket, the instructions said to return it in the original boxes. This was impossible. I had to cut the box open containing the chairs because of the way they were all strapped together.To wrap up this saga, I called Amazon's customer support and spoke with an amazing representative. Very professional and very courteous, his name was Cyprian. Because, overall, we're happy with the units style, he offered us a substantial discount and we will take care of the defective units ourselves. Zero stars for Hanover customer support. 10 out of 5 stars for Amazon!

This set is light weight but very sturdy. The table can sustain high winds and weather. It is very attractive and easy to maintain. I did have one concern with a tear in the seat fabric on one chair. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new chair immediately! I would highly recommend Hanover outdoor furniture for it’s appearance and excellent customer service!

This was a great deal on Amazon warehouse because the box was damaged, but the items were in perfect condition. Amazon's delivery people were on time, and carried it to our deck as well. Only the table legs need assembly, the chairs arrive ready to go. One thing to note is that only the table top seems to be cast aluminum, the chairs are a lighter aluminum, and seem like they might blow around in heavy wind. But the chairs are stackable which helps if we need to put them away. Happy with this purchase overall.

Quality so so. Not Sturdy for the price

Beautiful, sturdy and easy to assemble! You will need two people to assemble just because of the size, but easy. All the tools and parts are included - even extra parts! All the holes line up perfectly. Packaged so there are no dings, dents or scratches. Everything is wrapped. This company has it together! Looks great on our deck. We love it and the price was amazing!

We purchased this set last summer. It is beautiful, sturdy and very easy to assemble the table. The chairs are pre assembled and are stackable for easy storage. I highly recommend.

Love the table but not too impressed with the chairs. Super lightweight and blow around and get scratched up fairly easily during a mild thunderstorm.

Table easy to assemble and heavy enough to be stable and sturdy. Chairs require no assembly and are lightweight and comfortable. Aluminum construction should be rustproof—we’ve had a lot of rain, so far so good. They look fabulous and we are verypleased. 👍
