Light and effective
This support provides an effective e level of support and is light enough not to be uncomfortable to wear. Putting it on is a bit of an art but once the technique is mastered it is very comfortable. Important to ensure the white support structure is flat on your skin before you pull up the top support or it can get a bit uncomfortable.
