Sturdy step and easy to assemble
We bought this for my elderly mum who was struggling to put her washing line up each week as she could no longer reach easily. It is sturdy and safe and was easy to assemble. You do need a bit of muscle to tighten the nuts/bolts to make it safe. But well worth the effort, she loves it!

Great to help mum get into the bath
Only 4 stars cos though it is solidly made and sturdy it weirdly feels a bit wobbly when you stand on it with all your weight. Yet we haven't been able to find anywhere where it is loose and it works a treat. Mum can now get in and out of the bath safely using the grip handles on the wall and the steps handle gives her confidence once she steps out. Much safer than the weird fall waiting to happen way she was getting in and out before. Good wide platform with rubber grip mat.

Needs washers for more stability.
I liked the price and design. I found it a little difficult to put together and especially tighten.I went and bought rubber washers to keep it`s stability when trodden on from rocking.

Feeling safe
I brought this on behalf of my friend who has arthritis in her knees. She is now able to get in and out of the bath feeling very safe. Im really glad I came across this which helps her to be more independent.

A bit wobbly
Bought this for my elderly parents to be able to get in the bath when they visit my house.It does the job but I am disappointed at how wobbly and bendy it is. I thought it would be totally stable and rigid. Having said that, it was cheap.

AVOID! BADLY MADE!
Extremely disappointed with this product. No care was taken to ensure the product actually fitted as it should! I’m assuming there is no quality control with this company! As you can see from my pictures, one of the poles slotted in fine, yet the other pole was too big to fit and no amount of jiggling or changing was going to change that! Abysmal instructions as well as it does not tell you which part is which so you have to guess!

Great product but poor assembly instructions
The instructions were poor and hard to follow. No tools were provided, therefore difficult to secure the screws and nuts which also means that the step is unstable and insecure. I was lucky enough to have my own tools to do this properly.The step is great for what I needed it for.
