Best waist trainer I've purchased! Worth the price, can't wait to size down! I purchased a large, I'm 5' 9" 195 lbs and wear size 12.. fits perfect

I would use the size u are i went a size up and fit me a lil loose so i ordered a large when i should of got a medium

I like this waste trainer but think I should have gotten a small. I can definitely see the results when I wear it. I work at amazon as a picker and is moving physically none stop. I wear it home as well when cleaning up or just sitting around. The only thing I dont like is it seems to bend a bit at the top of the back part and the straps are tight but overtime seems like parts of it is poking thru the straps but like I said I do move alot physically bendin, squatting, reaching. So im not sure if u just use it for running or also alot of physical work. Tomorrow im going to take it for a run which im super excited because I havent ran with it since Ive had it. Overall its great tho I have definitely lost weight in my stomach not sure how much because I havent measured.

Sucks you in BOMB as hell, but the material is extremely cheap.

I like how it makes my waist look smaller. I do NOT like how it pushes my back fat up! I look like I have boobs on my back and I’m not all that large of a girl! I do have big breasts but I prefer to only have breasts on the front of me not on my back! I’m 5’1” 123-125 lbs with DD breasts. I ordered the small and it fits just fine on the second hook but even on the first loosest hook, it squeezes my back fat up and looks absolutely disgusting. Maybe it’s just not meant for me or maybe I carry more fat in my back than some other women. I’m returning it and looking for something that doesn’t give me an extra set of breasts! I’m too embarrassed to even post a pic of my back. If your back isn’t chucked and really skinny, I wouldn’t buy it!

So, the reviews told me I should order a medium since I am 5’4” and 165, and I was super skeptical, but I also have a pretty warped perception of my body size and think I’m bigger than I am. So I ordered the medium, and it’s snug, but fits the way a waist shaper is supposed to.I’m pretty thrilled.

Came in on time and fits perfect ! Also the price was amazing compared to others that go for $70-100. I love it !
