you get what you pay for. Its an cheap mic for a cheap price. I bought mine in October and it stopped working in march. so if your looking for a temporary mic this is the one. If your looking for a long lasting mic this isn't the one for you. Don't be fooled by the price. Please listen to this review it will save you 30 bucks and the wait time for a different mic.

Lasted 11 months. Only was in service full time for 4 months. Randomly while on a call the Mic in this unit died with no warning. No faded volume, no broken messages. Called enroute and had cops sent because they did not hear me answering. Opened up the case. Flux all over the board, corrosion at contacts.

Fit perfectly and functioned as per the sales description.

Does exactly what I wanted

Great mic. Exactly what I wanted. Has panic button by the clip that attaches to the radio and stop for ear piece plug in. I don't use the ear piece but nice that I have the option
