This is a huge pot, lightweight graniteware, cooks evenly and quickly, and cleans up just as quickly. It's big enough to house a turkey, it's so large! I make 12 servings of chicken soup easily in this and just leave the leftovers in the pot (after cooling temporarily on the stove) and put in the fridge to heat up again. I've done this about five times with one batch of soup and simply add broth upon each reheat, and it tastes just as good each time. Definitely recommended for any large pot needs.
