Great for outdoors
I put this around my windows and doors outside and it does a great job outdoors. Just be sure it’s a clear dry day when you put it on because it took mine a while to dry. I’m not sure if it was the humidity or what but turned out good

Decades Tests Showed GE Silicone to Be the Best Caulk on the Market. - It Still Is!
I've been using GE products since the 1970's and GE silicone was and remains one of the best if not the best, general purpose caulk on the market. Applied according to instructions of course. : )

Really good caulk
Found a hole big enough for bugs or small rodents in the door siding. This came quick and was very easy to apply with caulk gun. I smoothed it over with lightly wet gloved finger. Looks seamless, dried quick looks professional.

Shove some caulk in it
Windows were extremely drafty so I filled them with caulk this stuff worked great. It's also very easy to peel off so when it gets warm out I can open the windows again.
