Really nice quality and layout. Only thing that would make it perfect is a page to record progress eg measurements and weights, every 7 pages

Great idea but pages fall out
I have started to use this book which is great for what I need but the pages are starting to fall out of the book. I have only had this for one week. Would probably have been better getting the ring binder version of it

Definitely worth buying.
