Great service, efficient delivery. I've only just started wearing the lanyard today, so only time will tell if it will last the course. So far so good - the silver chain and retractable lanyard look really nice and distinctive from the bog-standard black ones.

In general the design is good. It's not too big. However ideally the length when fully extended needs to be a bit longer to take into account higher lockers. Mine is sholder height and only just reachable. I also feel it could have a stronger coated wire as I feel it could break if I'm not very careful. The clio is good and works for me. The slip over clip comes off easily so it's not reliable to use. Theres a selection of card holders however none were suitable for sliding through a clocking in or security door system which was a shame. I adapted my card by using a hole punch in the end. I think if I get another I will look for a longer length however. Generally okay for light use, certainly not good for heavy use or industry or for security passes and would be easy to snap off.Update. It snapped after using for just 5 months. Not really under preasure just as I pulled it to swipe my id card. I think if I get one again I'll make sure its longer and has a sufficient thickness steel cable as 5 months is not a long time.

I bought this lanyard in February, having lost my house keys on a walk with the dog. At first I was very pleased with it - the lanyard looked good and seemed robust, and the yo-yo attachment was very useful. But within 2 months the lanyard snapped - not where it was attached to the yo-yo but mid-chain. Since it was holding just one Yale key, I was surprised. I have now bought thick fabric lanyards, which leave me much more confident. Shame.

Durable but a bit heavy, and end up a bit unbalanced on the hip or pocket edge
