Wanted to love these, but that join!
I want to love these needles, I really do. I love the flexibility of the plastic and the ball at the end of the needle. They are so lightweight. The cord is super flexible. But the join between the needle and the cord is so rough that I had to stop every few seconds to work the yarn past it so I could keep knitting. A few rows into my project, I had to stop and switch needles entirely because I was so frustrated. If the join were smoother, I’d buy a whole set. But until that happens, I’ll use something else.

Relief for knitters with arthritis
These circular knitting needles are lightweight and the points are slightly rounded. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and my wrist and shoulder sometimes ache if I knit for a long time. The points of conventional needles can make my fingertips sore from pushing the yarn up as I go along. These needles really do help with all of this and I’m glad I found them.

Best circular knitting needle!
During the pandemic I decided to learn to knit, after years of being a very happy and proficient crocheter. I have tried several brands of knitting needles, both straight and circular. These needles are the BEST! The cable does not twist, even straight out of the box. The points of these needles are small 'bulbs'. Don't ask me how they do not split yarn, but they don't. My fingers don't get sore with occasionally helping to slip a loop off the needle. These needles are light weight and the yarn slides nicely. I am a novice knitter so I am not the speediest, but my years of crochet have helped me recognize good tools to inferior ones. I am looking for more sizes. If you are hesitant about these needles, you needn't be. You will love them within 5 minutes of knitting with them!

Prym knitting needles are great
They were different to use but once I started knitting I realized that I didn't split the yarn nor did I lose the stitch as I sometimes did with my bamboo needles. I recommend them for any knitting project. Looking forward to magic loop some socks.

Good....BUT!!!
Love the way the needles tip works and very little yarn splitting. The size is stamped on the middle of the needles but after VERY little use has already started rubbing off. I now will have to measure to know the needle size. This needs to be done better as a permanent size marker needs to be figured out.

Flexible cord, comfortable needles
These needles are ultra lightweight with a flexible cord. The needle material is smooth yet has more friction (less slippery) than metal, yet has a nicer feel than most plastics. As advertised, the cord does not have a memory, so it doesn’t curl up in ways that make knitting awkward, and it isn’t stiff. The needles have a little nub on each tip which makes them comfortable and slightly less prone to dropping stitches. Given how light they are it’s almost like knitting with nothing. I quite like these and wish they came in more sizes. I’m sure there will be projects in the future I’ll want to make with these.

So pleased!
First I must sign the praises of Amazon! Yesterday I received my order, on time as requested. However, there was one product which was sent in error. I contacted Amazon immediately about the one object in error. Mid-day today I received the correct package! Now that is what I call service! Thank you Amazon!Re: the Prym needles: I had order a couple of other sizes of the circular needles. Was please with all except one where the yarn kept snagging on the join. However, all others the yarn slides smoothly on the shank of the needles. Two things I like best: 1) the bulb tip enters the yarn easily without splitting the yarn. 2) the ergonomic design allows for ease in tension on the shank. This is so important for me as I’m recovering from a fall where I broke my wrist. Little stress on the wrist so I can knit more comfortably. Grant it, it didn’t think I would like them because I didn’t like plastic/resin needles. These however are a win!

The Needles Are Great, but They Never Arrived
The particular seller on Amazon was selling something they didn't even have. After they were supposed to be delivered, they said they didn't have them and refunded my money. Since I needed them quickly, this was a problem. But I've used these needles before and LOVED them! They have a little more grab than metal needles, so they're great for slippery yarns. The little blob on the end looks awkward, but it isn't, and it makes it easy to do decreases, and to knit backward. I love these needles!

I was skeptical, now I am a convert. These are my favourite needles.
I thought I liked the aluminum needles most, until I tried these. They are light weight, and make picking up difficult/tight stitches easier. I still like my aluminum needles but from now on, I will likely buy these when I add to my collection.

Excellent needles for arthritic hands
I like the ease and lightness of the Prym needles. I am used to the metal needles of different makes that I have used for years successfully. But my arthritic hands get tired and sore more easily and switching to Prym has made knitting less arduous and I am enjoying it again.Elizabet

A new experience
They feel quite different from other needles. Much more flexible. Takes a bit to get used to but very good product - they are definitely growing on me.
