Goldilocks Skillet
This is a great skillet. It is a great size if you are cooking for one or two people. I had two round skillets, 10" & 11". The 10" was often slightly too small while the 11" would be slightly too large. This is perfect for me. The non-stick surface is really non-stick and does not require any oil. It cleans up easily. I have only had it a few weeks, but the surface seem very durable. The instructions are in Korean so I am not sure about what utensils can be used with it. Just to be safe, I use silicone utensils, but I believe that you could probably use wooden ones as well. Also I avoid high heat as I would with other non-stick surfaces. As far as I am concerned, this is only one negative for this skillet. It does not have a glass lid, or even an option to purchase a glass lid separately. If fit had a glass lid, I could probably get rid of my two skillets. and if they had matching sauce pans, I could get rid of all my other pots & pans.5/14/22 EDIT: I have been using this for a while now and it just gets better. Even when I screw up and burn something, it cleans up easily. The only con was lack of a lid and I have corrected that. Amazon has a replacement lid: "Square Glass Lid for Grill Pan - 10.5"-inch/26.67cm/269mm" https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08Y2D5T88/ref=sspa_dk_detail_4?pd_rd_i=B08Y2D5T88&pd_rd_w=j2Zrj&pf_rd_p=57cbdc41-b731-4e3d-aca7-49078b13a07b&pd_rd_wg=KS1Qk&pf_rd_r=QRE85PYJQSZ86K9JBF71&pd_rd_r=20be838b-d664-4af9-ae0f-352bd2e9b593&s=kitchen&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFHNkFUWDRLVUNNQVgmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAwNTM0MzRJN0Y0RVUwUzU5VVomZW5jcnlwdGVkQWRJZD1BMDI5NzI1NDI5SUtaRzFTVjBNUTkmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWxfdGhlbWF0aWMmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl&th=1This lid an excellent fit although not absolutely perfect. The advantage of that is you don't have to pay extra to get the lid with the vent hole. The lid will have very tiny gaps at the corners which will do the same job as the vent hole. Having a lid makes this pan even more versatile. Since I bought the lid, this is the only fry pan that I use.

Best nonstick pan we have ever had
It is VERY difficult to find a large, square, non-stick pan that is not a low-sided griddle and does not have ridges. Not only does this pan meet that criteria, it is also quality-made and, in most cases, no oil is required for cooking.

My iron skillets have gotten too heavy for me, and this is so much lighter than my iron skillets.
A korean friend who's a good cook bought me my first one when I complained of heavy skillets, and I soon bought one for my Mom's house, so I have one there to cook with. I haven't conquered cooking with oil on this surface. Nothing has been over cooked, just different timing, especially with eggs, but it's super easy to clean! Eggs have been the hardest to get good at, only because I haven't slowed down long enough to google and watch some videos. I need to get a balance on the heat factor, and it may be that I need to cook eggs (and everything?) slower? Very happy with this light easy to clean pan! Haven't touched my iron skillets, which I'm accustomed to.

Handle came loose like all pans. put red locktite on bolt holding handle on; now irtwill never come loose.2 cents worth of glue fixed it; what is wrong with manufacturing these days? Oh yea, what is quality assurance???

Excellent Pan. Did not bow in the middle like the Granitestone
This pan has more heft than the more expensive Granitestone and it didn't bow in the middle. The surface is every bit as good if not better than the Granitestone. We really like this pan. (Sorry, but I'm still annoyed that the Granitestone cost as much as it did and has such a thin bottom. It was a total waste of money. Everything runs to the sides because the bottom is no longer flat. This Dream Chef pan is really good. Had never heard of the brand before, but I can recommend it highly.)

Great value. Great quality.
I waited to write a review until I had a few months of use. We use these pans 3-5 times a week and almost exclusively. I saw some surface scratches after early use which concerned me. However, they are barely visible and haven't resulted in any chipping of the coating. These have held up well. We have yet to see any food stick to the pans and they are easy to clean.
