Finally! A tool that works!
I ordered at least 4 other tools to cut mirror for my closet and none of them worked. This tool is great! A few tips - Push down so the blade engages (at the edge on the table, then pull). Push a little hard, one time. Use a ruler to guide you. It worked best when my husband cut while I held the ruler straight. Then, when you put the breaking tool on the mirror, have the other person hold the other end of the glass/mirror. Be careful as you put the tool on the glass and then don't be afraid to turn the handle, not too fast, not too slow. Have enough mirror or glass to practice with. Once you get the hang of it, it's PERFECT! I ordered more blades so I'll have them in the future. Awesome tool!

Cutter head design is poor.
It is very flimsy. When it arrived it came with 2 extra cutting heads but not the tiny screws to hold them in. They do give you a tiny Phillips head screw driver to tighten the screw that comes with the already attached cutting head. A tiny Phillips screw holds the head in. It is only inserted over a very slim bar that is flattened on one side. It kept coming loose and when you are trying to make cuts, this makes it the cutting wheel wobble. The cutting head assembly would be sturdier and more stable if it was inserted into rather than on to a post. I think at the very least a screw on each side of the cutter head would hold it tighter and prevent wobble or losing the screw. The head flew off for me even after I tightened the screw. Another important practice is to line the clamp up perfectly in the middle of your score line and be sure that the edge of the glass perpendicular to the score line is perfectly lined up. It it isn't the glass does not break correctly and you have a hard to correct situation with jagged edges. This could be a really good tool it the glass was easier to seat in the pressure clamp and the cutter head was better stabilized. I see a lot of 5 star ratings. I cut 28 pieces of Jalousie windows and the ones that got botched could have been avoided it the manufacturer put a little more effort into quality.

It cut my glass backsplash tile
I was concerned after ordering since I was impulsive and bought to help with the installation on my glass backsplash.I ordered before reading the reviews, which I never do. I read several reviews which said it would not cut tiles because of the thickness. I began to worry and thought I would be returning. When I got it, I had no expectation that it would work, but thought I might as well try it. My tiles are pretty thick and somewhat small. I opened the package and used the scoring tool tool to score my piece and then put the pressure gun on, aligned with tge score mark and tightened it down and I heard a snap. I looked and it was cut perfectly and the cut was so smooth, I couldn't believe it. The pictures don't really do justice to how clean and smooth the cut is. Needless to say I will be keeping this little tool.

Need to get a better tool!
This is not an easy tool to use. I have practiced many times on actual glass tiles and found it only works half the time. If you need to trim the tile a bit, it's impossible to use this tool.
