I like the simplicity of this book and the examples were relatable. I feel a sparkle just reading and thinking about play. I would love to share this book with everyone especially family and friends. I will read it again and again just to remember.

If self help is your thing this is one of the better ones.It's a quick easy read but suggests simple quick tips to improve your day to day.

This book aids in bringing back memories of your childhood and adolescence, as well as your favorite things.You may see that you should take a moment to appreciate the beauty around you. It enables you to recognize when to leave the house and go out and enjoy yourself for the day.

You won't find any new, radical, earth shaking, or genius suggestions here, but sometimes we all just need a nudge, a reminder, an instigator, to help us shake off apathy and remember our inner child. We all have one, but as we get swept along on the river of living, and making a living, we tend to neglect our child within. This book was a quiet, gentle, sweet nudge.

This is just as stated, a quick easy read that has some easy suggestions that could easily make a difference in your every day life. I would suggest this book to anyone who needed/wanted a quick pick-me-up read!

So good for anyone feeling lost and unsure how to feel that happiness that was once there. Simple strategies to help bring it back and refocus on the truly important things in life.

Absolutely loved reading this book leading up to the new year. As a stay at home mom I felt like Julie got me. She gave the best tips as to how to rediscover your sparkle. I love how she was short and sweet to the point. This was a very easy read.

Everyone should read this a couple or few times a year to remind ourselves of what is really important in this one lifetime that we have. Good book, Julie Schooler!
