Shop FoxD3575 Resaw Fence Complete Kit

The fence is reasonably well made but it does not come with detailed installation instructions and you are on your own. I bought this fence to aid in re-sawing. After some less than ideal results, I discovered (should of checked to begin with but didn't) that the fence was neither square to the table or dead parallel to the miter slot and blade. Impossible to get ideal results in this condition.To get it parallel to the miter slot, I had to add some washers between the front rail and the table. To square the fence to the table, I had to put a strip of tape (a few mils) to the top of the slot that contains the "moving plate". There are no built-in adjustments to correct these conditions.The fence does not come with any installation instructions- just a schematic drawing/parts list. Installation isn't difficult but do be careful to check the accuracy once you're done. No point in using it if it isn't dead on parallel and square.

I recently acquired a Jet 18 inch bandsaw and it had a kreg fence that was beat up.After a bunch of research I settled on this shop fox aftermarkey fence. I havw resawed anything from pine to walnut and this thing just dead center. I had to re drill some holes in the rails that came with the fence, just be patient and take your time. Additionally, I inserted some home made spacers to make it just right. Be patient and measure twice, long as you do that this thing will work awesome.Highly reccomended.

Why did I wait so long? Oh, because I wasn't going to pay the "Grizzly" price for the exact same fixture here. Works perfect on the Wilton, had to drill one extra hole in the rails to mount it. Would buy again!

I bought this for my Delta 14 inch bandsaw that I've modified with a 12 inch riser block (that I made/machined) and I swapped in a Dayton 2HP motor so that I could resaw hardwoods up to 18 inches.The fence bar is cast iron and is milled flat on both sides and the extruded aluminum fence plate is plenty tall and long. The fence also will lay-down for use with thin stock. The slide is smooth and locks square and also simply lifts off when not needed. Also, the position marker is adjustable for fence calibration to the scale. Nice!The back rail is hollow thin-wall aluminum square stock which is fine for conventional use, but I've used this fence to also extend my table. So instead of using that thin-wall I replaced it 3/4 inch steel (solid) square stock which was an easy change and provides solid support for my table extension.

I read the reviews and knew what I was in for to attach this to my Jet 16" band saw. The saw has a 17x17 table and this fence is designed for a larger table.A couple of things to be aware of when attaching to Jet. You will need to swap the 6mm hex bolt and cap screws for 1/4" bolts and cap screws. In my case, I also needed to add a 2 1/2 inch spacer block on the back side of the table to support the square tube that in turn supports the fence. That meant I needed to buy some 1/4x20x4 cap screws.A little time at the drill press to accommodate the different hole pattern and everything fit perfectly.

Even though it took forever to get this fence because of stock issues, this fence is amazing. I wanted to build a dust extraction table since the bandsaw is a major dust creator. This table did the trick removing about 98% of all dust produced. I also wanted a fence that could precisely cut guitar blanks and this one is the ticket. The 14" Jet bandsaw could not support this fence or the height needed so I also added a 6" riser that I had to heavily modify along with a 105" blade. I turned this old Jet 14" bandsaw into a killer saw able to cleanly accomplish my tasks. This is the same fence as the Grizzly H7589.

Very happy with the quality of the fence . I installed this on a Steel City 18" band saw with a table that measures 20x20 . This fence will fit with 2 modification . Was easy to attach to my Ridgid bandsaw, just needed to drill holes to match table.
