clear instruction
Easy to understand their instruction and actually hearing their labored breathing while doing the exercises. They were working out as hard as much as they were encouraging the participant to do also.

Great Rebounder work out DVD
I like the different fitness levels on the DVD especially for someone new to Rebounder workouts such as myself, the instructors make it challenging but fun & you can advance on your fitness level,Would recommend!

dvd was defective
DVD is defective and would not play in multiple DVD players I have that work perfectly well with all other DVDs. I am disappointed that I tried to contact the company but there email comes back as un-deliverable. This is a UK company and even though their website says contact us via their US site nothing happens. I wanted to purchase other items from this seller but will not until this situation is rectified.

Simple, Fun, SUPER Effective!
When I was looking around at instructional DVD's for rebounder workouts I had a pretty good feeling about this one and I was right:) The 3 different workouts that are on it are all exceptional as they are easy to follow not to mention the instructors are fun and perhaps best of all is how I have been getting some very noticeable results (fat loss, increased muscle tone, off the charts energy that lasts throughout the day, mental clarity) in just a couple of weeks that I am truly happy about:)

Great compilation
Having had a rebounder for a little while, I was looking for additional workouts and stumbled across this little gem. I love the combination of high intensity, stretch and beginner workouts in one compilation. The stretches are easy to follow and perfect for helping loosen up tight muscles while the high intensity workout is only a little over 20 minutes but packed with everything you'd expect from a HIIT workout. I love the inclusion of the beginners workout too as although I've been rebounding for a while, I often return to the beginner programmes to remind myself of the correct techniques and also to mix up my rebounding program. Having all of this in one DVD is great.

I have used DVD to start rebounding for my fitnessI've been using it for a short period of time and I have already noticed difference in my staminaWhat I love about this DVD is the variety and different levels of fitness so you can start beginner workouts and progress to high intensity as you build yourself strongerI would highly recommend this DVD and what better way to get fit than have fun bouncing

This DVD is excellent - it has really clear and well explained instructions and gives a great mix of workouts with clear progressions making it suitable for the complete beginner and the more experienced rebounder alike.
