I've used it enough now to write this review. I searched long and hard to find the best bed I could. I bought the twin-xl. That's all I needed. The California King is two twins, so the review is still applicable. There was only one bed I found that had many of the same features and it was more than a few hundred dollars more, and it still didn't have all the features.I didn't really need or want the speakers, but after adjusting the volume under the bed, it was quite impressive. More than I thought it was going to be. I was also surprised how much the adjustable lumbar support bar made a difference. I don't think any other bed has that feature. The pillow tilt does work from the remote also, but I'm not sure I will now use that. The top raises so much, I'm not sure I'll need it, but it's nice having that feature just in case, and I have since used it.The bed is very well made, and that includes the motors underneath. The delivery people did an excellent job, especially Jeremy at St. Louis Furniture Transfer. But one part was not operational when they dropped it off and set it up. They said all the others were when they set them up. I thought it might be, and sure enough, it was a wire that had simply come loose. Attached it where it was supposed to go and every feature worked remarkably well.I spent an inordinate amount of time researching beds. It appeared to me that this was the only bed that Dynasty Mattress actually made, so I knew their reputation was going to be dependant on how well this did. What finally caused me to pull the trigger was the Full ten-year warranty which it didn't seem any of the others had at least without adding a considerable amount more money. That and they didn't just drop it off on your driveway but brought it in your house and assembled it.In the end, I took a chance, and it couldn't have worked out any better. Oh yea, others may not think much about the message feature, but I certainly do and use it all the time! Gret bed!

We purchased to Twin XLs to make a Split King. The units arrived fully assembled but white glove service was not available at the time, due to Covid. Each unit is very heavy - 200 pounds or so. [Our communication with the seller to get a partial refund of the white glove fee was smooth, pleasant and well managed.]We were able to get them inside with some help we hired, and our new mattresses had arrived a few days before.We have been using the Dynasty bed frame now for just under 6 months. We are very pleased so far. The motors are quiet and the massage is wonderful. [We use it much more than originally anticipated.]Originally we were deciding whether to spring for the extra bucks for the massage, lumbar and head tilt adjustments - basically some of the differences between the standard adjustable beds and the deluxe models.We are very glad that we opted for all the extra features because we really do use them.The Dynasty frame has the most features at the best price we have been able to find, anywhere.

It is nice to find a product that does exactly what is expected. It's movements are silent and smooth. The frame is sturdy and well made. We have used it now for about three months without any issue. We used the white glove option due to the size and weight, but watching it assembled, it is very simple. Easy to use app with my iPhone. Only minor issue. We wish the remote had a large tactile button across the bottom to light the buttons on the remote. You must push one of the action buttons for the remote to back-light the remote buttons, which will cause a reaction – vibrator on, head up, underlighting on...

TL;DR: Buy a brand that cares about long term support, skip this oneThe folks who installed the unit took care of it quickly which was great. -- I moved my bed recently and see they dented the hell out of my flooring, 1 star for that.Leg support isn't as high as it could be but it's still really nice, my back really appreciates it so I'm glad I bought this.Lumbar support is too low and would be more accurately called tailbone lift.Pillow adjustment is too high and too narrow to really do much besides crush down on you uncomfortably.Vibration massage is silly but rather nice.Bluetooth speakers are worthless. They're muted and garbled like they're underwater and they only work once after each reboot. I have the bed at max height and have a hardwood floor so it should be ideal conditions for sound quality. An echo Alexa speaker is 10x louder and clearer which is sad, absolutely worthless.The company never answered the phone after repeated attempts over multiple days to reach them and never called back from voicemails left.The android app to control the bed which was a killer feature is incompatible with pixel 7 pro so I can no longer control the bed like I have for years. Buy a brand that cares about long term support.So I absolutely recommend you buy an adjustable bed if you have back pain but just buy another brand, one that cares about their products long term viability.
