The belt does stick. but works fine with adjusting..I think the 330 lb weight limit is a bit of a stretch, and the more you weigh the more the belt will tend to stick. In the end all the parts are included, it did not come damaged in any way. it assembled fairly easy. It is what it is, pay close attention to the size of the machine. i am 5'6 and using it at the tallest height. i dont suggest it for anyone taller it would be very uncomfortable.

It was easy to assemble and it folds easily but I truly hate it. It does not move very easily I practically have to dig my feet into it to use it and I don’t want to use it to be running I want to use it for walking during the winter time. It is extremely short so it’s definitely not built for taller people. I have tried loosening everything and lubing things and it does not help. The box was beat up had holes everywhere the lubricate they sent me had broken open all over the directions so I mostly had to look at the picture to figure out how it went together. My kids use it more to play on it is not easy to use especially if you were heavier

I have a long stride so when I would walk the roller would make the belt go faster and then it would abruptly stop. I had my son stop over and he made some adjustments and it still did the same thing. It did the same to my daughter as well. I would not recommend this product.

Some Instructions are a little comical because of the broken english translation. One instruction was left out but you can easily see the side of treadmill where treadlock goes ( its on the right). But it was easy to assemble and tucks away nicely. Better to start on lowest grade to get used to tread. Big difference when you supply the speed ! No tread width for people 6 ft or overplus the handles also dont expand enough for same. You'll wind up bending.

I do not recommend this manual treadmill. "You get what you pay for " . I always made sure I oiled the belt before use and would be sure that the belt was aligned right. Every time I got on it and got a steady pace of fast walking, the belt would get stuck. I tried so many times to fix it. Also, I had to hold onto the bars while walking. I usually like to have weights to use while walking and I couldn't on this treadmill.

My product was easy to assemble and easy to move into my room when folded up takes a small amount of space. Controls are easy to use and I am very happy with my purchase

Compacts unit that is easy to put away in very little space. I put a 2 x 4 under the front and it worked pretty well then. A good unit for a cheap price.

The media could not be loaded.  I do not suggest purchasing this item. I've been communicating with the company back and forth telling them there's an issue with the belt, they are finally giving me a refund and I'm sending it back because the belt will not stay in place which means I cannot even use it. Just just keep in mind you get what you pay for.
