Motion Sensor
Used three Leviton ODC0S-17W with good results. All are in school bathrooms where lights never are turned off. Saving big bucks on the light bill.

These are useless pieces of garbage
I am an electrician teoubleshooting about 8 of these things right now. In multiple places, the installer wired them in parallel. Some are not working. Three or four are stuck on while one, if disconnected, turns on initially upon reconnection, then turns off and remains off. These are useless pieces of garbage.

Short Life
I am the maintenance person for two 15,000 buildings. When we remodeled two years ago the contractor put in four of these Leviton ODCOS-17W units and five Legrand Watt Stopper WATT STOPPER CI-355-0 Occupancy Sensor,PIR,Ceiling,White units. This is a 277V building. All four of the Leviton units have failed, three stuck on and one stuck off. All of the Watt Stopper units are fine.
