Hi, I ordered these for my partner, so she could give them as a Christmas present for her mother. They are well manufactured, well received and are effective at cutting toe nails. That fellow who promotes Ronseal would have something to say about them!

What is pictured is the kind of sturdy toenail clippers I wanted what came are longer flimsier blades that are ok for fingernails but inadequate for all but a few toe nails

Strong scissors for the toes. We got these as they looked strong, were value for money and are kind on the toe areas where cutting those awkward to reach places you get with toe nails.

Not very good at all didn't cut my toenails

Really great, good sized clippers. I've been so fed up with small clippers that are difficult to use I decided to try these as all of the other items I've used in the manicare range have been good value for money.In keeping with the other lines, they are large and strong enough to deal with the strongest of toenails - except and elephants of course.Really please with these and would definitely recommend

They are good for think toe nails

These are fine for what they are but they're not normal scissors. The blades are angled to cut their whole length at the same time like clippers. If, like me, you're buying scissors to avoid the clipper-like action, then avoid these. If you want clippers but more sturdy with longer arms, then get these.
