Dead plant shipped again
One of the two plants was DOA. Actually, it's been dead for a long time, quite a while before it was shipped.

No ID tags on plants
I purchased 4 trees and 3 of them look great and sized as expected but one is very small and doesn’t look like a 2 year plant. But besides that my bigger problem is that none are labeled to tell the varieties apart??? Also they came with plastic wrap around them and no planting instructions I'm not sure weather to repot before winter.

Plants were bent in packaging.
Plants were okay size for the price. Mostly just a tall stick with leaves. But I have a problem with how the trees were packaged. They were sent in a much smaller box so the branches were bent to accommodate the box. This results in the main stem of the plants having a curve. Have had a week now and still have a curve to the main stems which is not ideal for how I would like the tree to eventually grow tall and straight.
