I have used this product for a number of years. It is much more concentrated than products like Wrights. one tsp will flavor 5# of meat. Use too much more, and your product will be bitter.It has taken me almost 10 yrs. to use 1qt. of this product, and I suspect I produce more product per year than most readers.
