I traded in my old strainer fitting for this. Now I can reach those hard to get to grease fittings.

Purchased to allow me to grease the front axles of my riding mower. I was unable to connect my grease gun to the zerk fitting with the rigid tube. I only grease the mower two to three times per year, so to me cost was the main factor. This flexible grease hose works, however the coupler leaks grease between the joints (not where it connects to the zerk fitting). Not a big deal to me based on how often I use the grease gun, but if you use this more often than a few times a year you may get tired of wiping off the leaked grease. I may attempt to disassemble the connector and reassemble it with Teflon tape or pipe dope. Bottom line: it’s inexpensive and it does the job.

Great for converting full size grease gun with rigid nozzle, to a flexible hose in order to reach various zerk fittings. In particular ball joints and tie rod ends and u-joints where the zerk fitting is pointed at the ground or at the chassis.Used vice grips to remove rigid nozzle at the grease gun, then thanks to the wrench flats on this hose, can simply thread it into the gun.

Change to greaseable UCAs on my tacoms...Needed flex line to grease it..Worked well
