Very impressed with shipping cartons. Came in three separate boxes. The box with the roof panels was reinforced with an aluminum frame around the inside of the box and the other two had bubble wrap securing everything. All the hardware was on a cardboard piece, labeled, and shrink wrapped. Very well constructed of steel and not aluminum. Instructions very clear. Holes all lined up perfectly. Had two helpers put this together with me and took about 3 hrs. ( lots of screws) Would recommend this to anyone.

Finally got the gazebo erected and it looks fantastic. My 4 sons worked in 2 man teams and had it completed in 3 1/2 hours. The directions were fairly easy to follow. We used electric screwdrivers instead of the provided allen wrenches which made it go much faster. Also 2 ladders helped.We anchored it to our patio with concrete anchors using an impact drill. (Should withstand harsh winds)Only thing negative is, I wish privacy curtains came with it along with the netting curtains. Would be willing to spend a bit more for that added feature.Would definitely recommend!

We decided on this hardtop gazebo after difficulty getting a fabric top delivered from a non amazon shop. The shipping/delivery with amazon was scheduled and came through as promised. This is a STURDY structure, we are using on our patio but you could stake down into the earth if you wanted. It goes together seamlessly requiring 2 people. Directions are straight forward and every part well labeled. Not one hole did not line up, even give you extra screws bolts if you lose one in the making. It takes time to build but is worth it!

Overall we are very happy with the gazebo. It is beautiful on our back porch and so far the quality is good. We have created a very nice oasis and are looking forward to spending a lot of time on the porch enjoying our new area.When we first started putting the gazebo together we discovered that we were missing a part. Bolt AA was missing from our kit and it wasn't even listed on the parts list. If you look at the pictures in the item description above, the 5th picture shows the types of bolts we were missing. After much searching online and visiting hardware stores we discovered that we had enough of the the bolt W1 included in our kit to complete the gazebo. So we used those. It doesn't look as "finished" as the intended bolts would, but we were able to finish putting it together.The next issue we had were the corner caps. The hole where the bolts go through are pill-shaped - longer rather than regular circles. The washers that come with the kit do cover the entire hole, but only if the bolt is exactly centered in that hole - which it isn't. So we did order larger washers that would entirely cover the hole even if the bolt wasn't perfectly centered. This may not seem like a big deal, but this is where water could leak through and drip. We put the plastic washers that came in the kit on top of the larger washers we bought to make sure the hole was sealed nice and tight.The size also is a little smaller than we expected. From corner to corner of the roof edges the structure is 10 x 10, but the space inside is smaller, which make sense, but anyone thinking about buying this gazebo needs to remember that if you are planning to put furniture inside the gazebo - you don't quite get 10 x 10 space inside. More like 9'8" x 9'8". It makes a difference.We do like it and recommend it, just keep these points in mind if you purchase.

I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews about missing items or shipping difficulties. Well, our first attempt was a failure because the company never shipped it even though it showed as "shipped". After contacting Amazon, they re-ordered and assured me it would ship this time. It did! My sons and I inventoried each piece and it was all there with no damage to any of it. I found the instructions to be easy to follow and it ended up looking exactly like we wanted it to. Very satisfied with it!!

Perfect and was fairly easy to assemble with 1 1/2 persons (me being the 1/2 a 70 yr old woman!!) would have been extremely easy with 2-3 people! But if installing on a deck be sure to use lag bolts to secure to the deck .. the gazebo itself is fairly lite and a gust of wind could topple the whole thing.

We added this to cover our spa. Provides nice shaded, bug free space for relaxing. Assembly was a bit challenging but looks great.
