Great product

I have been taking these round dark brown tablets for a while now. Always around tea time, and two tablets. I allowed time to get into my system before completing my review. The taste of the dark tablets not had an issue with and swallow whole with water. Easy to slide down the throat. In the tub is 60 tablets, so two a day would be about a months worth for £22.95...The tablets are for supporting the memory and contain several vitamins, minerals, omega 3. Also present are botanical extracts of ginkgo and bacopa for better memory function and concentration. Omega 3 is especially good for a healthy rain.I really really was excited to start these tablets as certainly needed help with memory loss due to being a lady of a certain age. I get so frustrated when my brain doesn’t kick into gear. Started the tablets as soon as arrived.Being one of the better groups New Suisse I had high hopes.Unfortunately even though I have some tablets left, for me personally, the tablets have not done anything to support my memory, my memory is the same as always. I was so disappointed. But I will finish the course and if I feel any significant improvement, I will update my review.Don’t let me put you off, as some people have found the tablets to work for them, just not me ( so far)Thank you to the sellerHopefully my review has helped, if so, please tick helpful. Basically these are capsules to promote memory Health and cognitive functionsThese capsules come in a plastic tub with a dehydrating tablet fixed into the lid which Im guessing helps the capsules not to get overly soft which I have found happens with other brands of capsules containing oils.There are 60 capsules in the tub and 2 should be taken daily with or just after food.The ingredients include vit b6 and 12fish oil (for omega 3)and sunflower oilDHA and various plant extractsPeople going through Menopause may possibly find them helpful.Not for pregnant or nursing mothers.If you get 'brain fog', feel like you are getting more forgetful as you get older or just feel like you arent thinking as clearly, you might find that these are helpful.The capsules themselves are black and feel really solid.They were okayish to swallow with food but I dont think you would want to do it with just a drink as they are so solid and a bit unpleasant if they dont go down first try.Having said that, I found they seemed to try to go down sideways a couple of times despite my swallowing them with food, which was a little uncomfortable.In the interests of science, I broke one open to see what the contents tasted like...You cant cut these as they are too brittle so I bit it.I only really tasted it very lightly ( thankfully).The liquid was horribly bitter with a slight fishy edge to it, not like fish oil alone but REALLY bitter, so not really something you would break open and add to a salad if you dont want to swallow the outer casing.There is no after taste when swallowing the whole capsulesIn use so far, I am finding myself a bit more clear headed and have had several really good night sleeps since beginning the course both of which 'might' be coincidenceHoweverIf you usually find it unpleasant to swallow capsules or larger tablets, I dont think you will enjoy these because while they are short in length they are thick too and so hard you cant squeeze them at all ,meaning if they get slowed down on the swallow, they dont squeeze down with a bit more of a gulp, you HAVE TO have some food to push them past the entrance to your throat and that (for me anyway) feels a little scary.I really like the positives of the contents but cant recommend due to the difficulties I have had with swallowing them.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been testing several Swisse products lately.I am satisfied with the brand.It sells a good quality dietary supplement and works with a nice design.Now that Uncle Thor was in the picture, I was completely taken off my feet. :)Okay. Then about the product.The products come in the usual Swisse packaging and design.The berries may be black due to the ingredients.They are larger than average. They are hard to swallow.I have the weird experience that every thing that has omega 3 in it is so big. Maybe that's why.The ingredients in the description are very good minerals.The price of the product is only worth it.I can’t tell you exactly if it affected my memory.However, I do know that I was more focused with of about 5 days.I work a lot with my head, sitting in front of the computer. I could pay better attention.I think you should try the product. And other products from the Swisse brand. They are reliable.I hope the video, pictures and this description will help you in your decision now!

I’ve been giving these Memory supplement soft gels by Swisse a try, Daily for just over 1 week now. I will admit that I have felt a small increase in motivation as well as mental performance when it comes to working efficiently and effectively. Such applies to both my physical activities as well as my performance at work.You should take 2 a daily with food so these should last you a month supply. It includes natural ingredients such as fish oils, Gingko Biloba Extract, Vitamin B6 and so much more that are known for increased energy levels and improving mental performance. For a 1 month supply, these are definitely on the Pricey side considering I haven’t noticed a huge different in my ‘memory’ improving, then again I am naturally a very motivated individual. As for the pill sizes, they are a little bulky so if you have trouble swallowing pills you might find these a challenge.
