I t is very dry, first I put some oil or lip balm and then this pastel lipstick, it last very long on my lips. I am allergic to all lipsticks, for my surprise I am not to this one (do not know why) but I am very happy with the Rose and Orange colors.

Trying to figure out how to return item. My daughter picked this out using a gift card she received for her birthday. Unfortunately, the lipstick arrived melted and disfigured. If it is possible to return, I will. She was unable to use it because of the condition in which we received it.
