IDO3DPets One Pack Pen and Ink Starter Set

I already have the starter set, but this set makes a nice addition. It includes a red pen, flashlight, plastic tracing sheet and patterns for a dog, cat, doghouse and fire hydrant. I'll admit I was hoping for a few more patterns. A choice of dogs or cats might be nice, but I did read that you can download more patterns on the website. I don't understand the negative reviews. The glue does not get everywhere. My 4,6 and 8 year old niece and nephews all did this without any glue disasters. We got a little on our hands, but that's to be expected with any paint project. If you hold the flashlight over the ink, it dries sufficiently enough in about a minute to not get all over your hands. I thought this was a nice supplemental kit to the original set.

I got this product to review- but opinions are my own. :) I love this as a starter pack to see if you're interested in 3D art. It includes one pen, a flashlight, and a great booklet to walk you through projects. It's easy to use (like using a paint pen). I gave it 4 stars because it takes a bit to get the technique down. It's a great rainy day activity!

Fun to use, takes a bit of time to dry but very neat little project

It's ok for your creative child. Not as easy as seen in the pictures.

I wanted to like this more. The pen kept sticking and it ran out of "ink" after making one floppy attempt at an animal. It was okay for the price, but I wish I had spent more to get something better.

This product is ok. Not quite what my son had in mind when he asked for it for his birthday. However, it is pretty neat how you can build things with it. The "ink" is very smelly. Probably not the safest of chemicals.

So highly rated, my niece received two as a Christmas gift!!
