Levy'sLevy's MRHSP-BLK 2.5" Wide Suede Right Height Guitar Strap - Black

I have been so conditioned to think of leather as firm and fake vinyl leather as soft and spongy that I assumed I had been duped by this company. It is quite soft and the ripchord works great. I'm 5-6 and like my straps high up typically. This didn't give me the ability to pull it all the way to my mid chest position. But it still has nice range and I think it's a good product.

Comfortable and I really like the quick adjustment feature. Will buy a second in brown.

A nice strap but not perfect. I love the color and that was my attraction to the strap. The leather is soft with a small amount of padding. I would have paid extra for a thicker strap. The "right height" mechanism works well and is very clever. That said I can imagine that short or tall people might wish you could adjust it a bit shorter or a bit taller but it fits me. The biggest negative is the connection at the endpin. I assume this is vinyl not leather. It doesn't feel very robust and since vinyl is slippery compared to leather I worry about it - so I immediately ordered a set of rubber ring strap locks for it. All in all worth the price but I would have paid $10 or even $20 more for thicker leather and a better connector at the endpin.

I use this on my Gretsch Broadkaster. I play various genres on said guitar but different styles require different ways of playing. Got this strap to go from low to high-strapped in a snap and I love how smoothly I switch between different lengths. Looks great too.

The way this strap hangs and adjusts is very nice. The look of the leather suffers a bit having the long cordura strap, but this strap wears well and looks good enough. It allows me to swap guitars and adjust the strap easily and quickly.

This strap is a game changer. For me these days, all straps must be suede underneath, and at least 3” wide. The element that makes this one the must-have is the ease of adjusting the length on the fly. If you play a cocktail set of standards, into hard rock, into a funk slap tune, into a thumb mute reggae tune, there are different positions the bass would be in to make all those playing styles ideal. I bought 3 more (all clack for me) and they live in the cases with all my basses. I won’t use anything else anymore. And the price is way better than many high end straps and this one is just as high quality besides the quick adjust feature. Would recommend for any bassist or guitarist.

I'm 5' 10", 155 lbs and even on the shortest setting this strap is a good several inches too long for both my Strat and Precision bass. Would not recommend unless you are over 6' or fairly broad.

Fits well, easy to adjust but padding is minimal... however the width help stability and comfort
