Only warning- this doesn't have a padded pocket for electronics. I know it's listed as a kayaking bag but I use this as an everyday backpack due to the convenience. Everything I need is in one of 3 little dry packs inside, with my personal loose items in the outside pocket. Best travel bag ever. I ride an Ecomobl AT eboard while wearing this daily.

Perfect for day trippin’ or multiple over night camping trip. Front zip was essential for easy access items like a phone. Fits in overhead bin or below the seat on flight.

I used this backpack for a long swimming outing that required 12 hours on a boat. The waterproof backpack did its job - it kept everything dry. The only drawback was that it was heavy with not a lot of pockets to help separate items.

Bought for a 5 day riverctrip. Worked great. Note, the small external pocket is not completely waterproof.Comfortable to hike with too!

I bought the bag to carry lots of gear to and from the beach and the river. We’re an active family with 3 boys. The first time I actually tested it in water, both the main compartment(rolled 3 times) and the zippered outer pocket filled water. Soaking my leather wallet and iPhone(luckily a 12). Do not trust this bag except for splashes and rain.

I saw someone using this on a cruise several years ago and had to have my own. Fast forward to post-pandemic cruising, and it folds flat to travel in your main travel bag/suitcase, and then when you take it ashore in port - especially to the beach - it's amazing for hauling all your swimwear, towels, gear, whatever. The added roll-top security feature gives peace of mind that you're not going to lose your things, no one's going to break into it, and yes, it's WATERPROOF so you can wade out to those sandbars and so on, knowing your stuff will remain dry and not sink beneath the waves. If you take trips to the islands or beaches, especially on a cruise, this is a MUST HAVE ITEM.
