It wasn't easy assembling this. Still cldnt assemnle it. The head pad refused to go in. One of the nuts refused to go in and it looks like the item was used anyway. It's going back cos I can't use it without the head pad.

It is too high and wide therefore requires a lot of effort to get up

It arrives damaged. Not good.

Well,I put it together OK but these allen keys. What is it with the Chinese and allen keys. These like most of the Chinese stuff are rubbish. Because like all the metal stuff they produce they are soft and start to round off when you tighten up. Plus they came loose afer the first couple of uses and eventually they just cant be tightened anymore due to the above .The headrest is not straight due to offset screw thread positions and cant be sraightened and finally the actual shape of the frame seems inappropriate certainly for me and Im nearly a six footer. Ive had to bend the arms into each other to try and fetch everything closer. Overall, not overly impressed. It might just be me but its not a patch on my old one which had reached the end of its life after 20 years. This wont !!!! Not going to send it back. Will try and find one locally I can buy over the counter.
