Winner Winner Pigs Ear Dinner!
Update! I just ordered my 5th box of these. The last four boxes have consistently been uniform in size, low Oder , and apparently very tasty. Very highly recommended!!I have three toy breed dogs and. Blue heeler and their favorite treat is a nice pigs ear. Not just any pigs ear though, and for the life of me I can’t figure out what makes a pigs ear good to them except by trial and error. To date the other brand that they all really like costs me about $2.50 an ear and that’s a costly nightly snack with four dogs. For me, I want them to have a snack that’s manufactured in North America because of quality control concerns. When I chose these pigs ear I took a chance bc the price was amazing - about $1 an ear. When they arrived I was impressed bc they’re nice sized ears. They have low Oder and smell clean not moldy or greasy or weird. But the real test was when I offered them up to my four picky pups and every one of them LOVED them. We have winner! We highly recommended.

Norpur Pig Ear Treats are not 100 pig ears; instead, Norpur is selling 100 pig ear pieces.
The picture on Amazon.com deceives customers by suggesting Norpur Pig Ear Treats are whole pig ears. The name on Amazon.com does not match the name on the box received. The name on the box is Norpur Small Pig Ear Treats. Of course I was very upset when I received this small box of pig-ear pieces after paying more than $127 and expecting whole pig ears. I write this review so that nobody else is deceived by this scam and fraud. Amazon should not allow its customers to be exploited by such shams. When the product received doesn't match the advertisement on Amazon, customers began to distrust Amazon as much as they distrust the seller of the product. In the time of COVID-19, returning products is not a preferred or acceptable option. The whole purpose of buying the product through Amazon was to avoid having to go outside and interact with salespeople. To return the product necessitates going outside and interacting with those accepting returns. For this reason, I have settled on accepting my losses and memorializing this transaction as a learning experience and great disappointment.

Betrayed customer’s good faith, disappointed the dogs. We’re gone.
I received two boxes of true-count, first quality pigs ears from Norpur in the past couple months. Was very happy with them—so much so that I ordered a third box. At which point, Norpur sent me 100 of the tiniest pig ears I’ve ever seen. Piglet ears. For the same $118 price I’d been paying for the medium to fairly large ones. This third box was even marked “Small Pig Ears,” and it was a smaller sized box, so they knew. They knowingly sent tiny pig ears, ears maybe a quarter the size of the usual ones. My dogs were disappointed. I felt bilked. I’d even written most of a completely different review (“Easy Five Stars” was the title, which I had to erase to write this sad story. Not good to bait and switch your customers. Not ok to sell 25% of the product while taking 100% of the money. Too large a betrayal. You’ve broken faith, sold me and dogs out, and I can’t do business with someone I can’t trust. I hope the profit was worth it. You will not any more of my money from here on.

Great product but problems getting correct size
These pig ears are excellent quality and a nice big size for my two very nice, very big dogs, and the 100 ear box would be a great value IF one could be certain one would actually receive 100 ears. I ordered the 100 ear box, and received a box which was labeled as containing 100 pig ears, but which actually only contained 32 pig ears, which is the amount in the smaller box offered on Amazon. Because the box was mislabeled, presumably at the point where it was packed, there's no way to know whether ordering another 100 ear box will result in actually receiving a 100 ear box. And trying to remedy the situation, short of returning a mislabeled box, is basically impossible. The only way to avoid dealing with this problem would be to order the box of 32 ears to begin with, but for me that's a pointlessly small amount. However, since the ears themselves are great and my dogs love them, I'll probably try again to order the larger quantity, and hope that there's no longer a problem with mislabeling.

UP-DATE: No more. Time to shop around.....
See my original post, below. After seeing my original post (below), I was contacted by one of the owners who was concerned about the product I had been provided. Based on my understanding, this particular company has contracts with multiple (more than 1) suppliers. The individual who contacted me had asked that I provide a copy of the shipping label so they could ascertain which supplier had shipped the chips. Unfortunately, it was picked up by trash collectors the previous day.The individual (before making the request for the shipping label) also gave me a full refund. Which was appreciated.1 star and 5 stars averages out to 3.My hope is that they get more complaints if the same supplier continues to send inferior chips. Although there has to be a way to track the particular supplier that ships to the Northern Va area. All in all, a sort of luke warm experience. Would rather pay for a product I want than get a product I don't want for free.ORIGINAL POST: I had bought a couple 100 ear boxes within the past couple of months. Have two bouviers who love their treats. Was very suprised, disapointed when this latest box showed. Up. Box was way smaller, with each piece representing maybe half an ear.Stay away!

Great Dog treats
We've bought these quite a bit for our 4 dogs and they all just love them. This time however a shipping mistake was made and a big box of fever bones arrived. Knowing the fever bones which are blackened splinter and break off in chunks/splinters I immediately sent a message to Amazon. To my delight, they immediately shipped the correct order of box of pig ears and instructed me to return the bones. That was a bit of a pain to have to drive 30 miles round trip to the UPS store to return, but they gave 3 full weeks to do so, so was able to wait until I had reason to drive into town. I received the pig ears in 3 days and my dogs were thrilled. These have very little odar and are of good size. Very pleased.
