International Concepts San Remo Counter Height Stool, Black/Cherry, 24-Inch

I bought and returned several stools until I got these. I like that they are black and will be easy to touch up scratches, which I know they will get. Those that are wood colored all scratch easy and it's impossible to touch up. I gave assembly only 3 stars because the directions are not great. They are actually easy to put together once you figure it out. The front legs do have a right and left leg, that is not stated any place. Also you need to put the cross bars in before putting on the legs. A second set of hands is helpful here but you can do it alone if you put everything in place with the chair upside down on a counter and you kind of hug it in place while you tighten the screws. NOTE there are no starter holes when attaching the seat. You just have to get it in the right position and put the screws in. Not rocket science but some guidelines or marks would have been helpful. All in all I am very happy with the chairs.

Since retail stores have been closed during lockdown, we chose these chairs for our counter. They attired early. Instructions were pretty clear. Screws were all included. Took a little time for each chair. It was worth it! Love them. I was planning on buying pads for the seat but the would seat is such a pretty color and against the black parts of the chair, look very pretty.

These are beautiful chairs and easy to put together-- until I put the seat on. The supplied screws are the wrong length and when I drove them in they went right through the seat , I backed them out, but there are holes in the seat now, ruining the appearance. I am so angry

We ordered 3 of these. Great packaging especially coming across the globe. Easy assembly and sturdy chair. Very happy we bought this product.

Great chairs. I bought 2 for my overhang counter to my kitchen. Yeah you have to put them together, but once you do they are very solid. Yeah the price might be a little unattractive but they are worth the money and they look great. Very solid and the quality is very good. Have had the chairs now for 2 years. Still solid, look great and I just noticed that they are cheaper. I paid 113 bucks for mine.

Good quality wood and nice finish. Took about 25 minutes to assemble. Very pleased with the chair. Seat is nice and roomy. Overall, chair is sturdy, doesn't wobble. Very happy with the chair.

A solid barstool, very easy to assemble. Took one star off, because there is slight discoloration in the finish toward the bottom of the legs. Guests won't notice it, but as the owner, I do.I highly recommend buying and installing furniture glides for the bottom of the legs.

I had purchased these stools several years ago from a different vendor. Loved them and wanted them again for my new house. The price on Amazon was significantly better than my previous vendor (who is supposed to have the best prices). Bought 3 stools and 8 dining chairs. They are high quality and are very comfortable. Assembly is required but it's not hard!
