Sooo...I'm not looking to get rock hard abs without a lot of hard work. I actually bought this because an idea I had that actually worked. I have terrible cramps during my lovely monthly reminder my child bearing years are circling the drain and on a whim wondered if this would act like a Tens unit does for my shoulders and neck. Interestingly enough, it does. For whatever reason my body has decided that the way this works mitigates the level of abdominal discomfort I have. So. There you go. Off brand use for a product that intriguingly worked for me. If I do get abs of steel from this, I will gladly update this review. See y'all in 10 years when my kids are all out of the house. Hahaha

My sister in law loves this! I bought it for her because she’s been wanting one for a while and she loves it. She wears it around the house while doing chores and other active exercises. The instructions could be better, but it’s simple enough that you just push the buttons for the intensity you want. You won’t electrocute or shock yourself it’s not that strong but gentle enough to test different levels with.

The pricing on this is way more reasonable than what is being advertised, so I didn’t have super high expectations. I was suprised how well they work. I do not do anything else while using them (but computer work), so the adhesion isn’t an issue. I have used them for a couple months. Instread of buying new gel pads, I just add the conductive gel that I use for my other tensor device, and the pads soak up the gel and are good for a few more days. I have always had abs and little belly fat, but my recent diagnosed disorder makes crunches not possible. My abs came back in about a week. This also has helped my hypertonic pelvic floor muscles relax when I place the device below the belly button, just over the pelvic region. I never have had soar abs and my waistline feels great the few hours after use. I tend to do 25 minutes on the 2nd setting.

I just started using the product so I can't say if it works or not but it definitely works the stomach muscles well enough. I'll give another update after 2 weeks.

This is a Handy, compact little exercise tool! I think it would Great for traveling. It takes up very little room in my suitcase and will give me a little work out while away from my home and gym. The device is not powerful enough to bulk up your muscles. It is simply meant to tone them up a bit.I don’t see this as a full replacement for working out, as there is no cardio benefit from this device. But, I see it is a sweet little addition to my regular workout. Or, A temporary substitute while traveling.

Love this product I'm a disabled veteran walking with krutches and this product really helps with dome kind of workout for me.

I bought this to help tighten my abs. So far so good. Feels kinda weird. I tried to wear while cleaning the house. Pretty uncomfortable the sticky pads kept moving So spent alot of time adjusting. Now I only wear it before bed. Lol laying flat watching tv is perfect! Still trying to figure out the settings not much info on that. All in all good product. Have noticing a difference and can feel my core tightening!

Only 1 out of 3 actually work like it should, the main one for the stomach doesn't work at all. I should have just bought a tens machine and not bothered with cheap stuff but I read the reviews and felt like it might be a deal so gave it a chance. Unfortunately, I lost and don't listen to the other reviews that say it works great because it doesn't. Just go buy a tens machine.
