I ordered this for my work ... stocking the products to lower shelves at retail store.I ware this underneath of jeans. I feels soft cushion instead of hard floor when I kneeling.The size is pre accurate, it comes with velcro straps if you need to tighten up.

So, I had been having some difficulty with doing any exercise or dances that require me to kneel. While using a thick mat helps , it wasn't always possible to use a mat. These fit perfectly, I followed another reviewers suggestion and measured my knees/lower thighs in centimeters to make sure that I ordered the correct size. The knee pads provide wonderful knee protection. What I really love is that the back of the knee pads is cutout. This helps with freedom of movement as well as providing sweat relief for the back of my knees. Once I put on the knee pads they stayed in place. I bought the black and pink knee pads because I like pink. I am considering buying another pair of knee pad- if so, I will order black on black. I am glad that I made this purchase.

These knee pads are very soft. However, I feel like they are cut a little bit too small. Other than that, the product is of good quality

My daughter is playing volleyball, she had the thin ones but they kept bunching behind her knees, these are so much better! The opening behind the knee provides added comfort.
