I am very surprised this has 5 stars! It is very flimsy and light and the grill doesn't fit properly and so falls into the burners when cooking! The back grill falls as the length isn't long enough to remain firm in the holes..., so you can't use it.It took so long to put together I don't have the energy to dismantle it and send it back so going to have to persevere!

This is a very poor product. For a start it takes a good while to put it together, everything is in tiny pieces. There is no hose or regulator, good job I saved the one off my old bbq. When you finally get it working, the burners work intermittently and only the back half gets hot enough to cook. Also when you close the lid the cooling tray presses down on the food. Then if you try and brush the cooking tray it slides off the supports. Total waste of money.

Great barbeque. Meets all of my requirements. Would also highly recommend BBQ grill mats to keep your prize possession clean.

Very disappointed, finally got to use it today, the grill falls into the base! The whole things so flimsy it’s unstable, what a complete wast of money, sellers comments welcome? A refund & collection would be great

This bbq is dangerous it’s so cheaply constructed, doesn’t go together very well , sharp edges all over and the worst bit is the grill constantly falls onto the burners , I sent it back and got a full refund , stay well clear off it

This is a very cheap ( not money wise) sub standard product. Very sharp edges, not easy to assemble and the grill doesn't fit properly ( quite dangerous really!) Can't get a refund without packaging which is long gone ! Haven't had the nerve to use it as really don't feel it's safe. Steer clear of this BBQ.
