DTG Printer T-Shirt Printing Machine A4 Size DTG Printer Machine for T-Shirts/Onesies/Socks/Bags

The machine is amazing and the customer service and tech assistance is state of the art.

It’s a good printer. The instructions were not easy to understand but the customer service and tech support was very good in helping me get everything set up so I can use it. You do have to disconnect your antivirus or the printing program won’t work, so if you use your computer for work that requires a firewall and antivirus you might want to get it set up on a different computer. This works great on thin fabric, but thick fabric that’s more than maybe a quarter inch thick gets tricky. So if you’re wanting to print on sweatshirts or something thick and big like that, you might struggle to get it to work right. But when you use on thin kids shirts and stuff it works wonderful.

I'm wondering why they haven't replaced the broken DTG I ordered months ago. The machine still doesn't work. We are waiting on the motherboard and some switches to be replaced? We can't get the updates or software installed because the DTG came with flaws? We have lost so much money with orders not being able to be done.

Michael was very helpful setting up the software and showing how the correct way to place the tshirt and print. Great printer for light colors. Cannot get the colors to show up on dark garments even after pretreaments.

The media could not be loaded. They were very helpful and guided me through the installation for the software. Test run went well, it's up from here.

I have this printer, but no software/instructions are with the printer. Who do I contact to get the software and instructions to use the printer?

The media could not be loaded. Very satisfied with my machine this far. Colorsun has excellent customer service. Helpful and patient. I would recommend this machine to first time DTG owners. Videos that are provided are very helpful in operating the machine.
