I love this book! Daughter in-law thought it was a tad dark for a baby shower gift. 😘

I don’t understand why this got bad reviews! I rely on reviews and I’m disappointed that they were dead wrong! I went to the store and read it myself in the store. I was blown away how good it was. The English is fine and easy to understand. The book cover is solid and sturdy. The stories inside are just amazing. I’m so glad to buy this. I’m loving the tales in this book.

I never get why companies insist on putting their price tags on damageable parts of the books. It came in and I gently pried off the price tag and it pulled up a noticeable part of the decoration gold leaf.Interior of the book looks great. Outside looks nice that one fact aside.

Well, it's written in early Irish English so it's a bit hard to read but what's worse is the size of the print. It's so small it's difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. The drawings are in black and white and the paper seems cheap. The cover is good though so I'll just keep it as a coffee table book. Not many Arthur Rackham drawings and that's what I mainly bought it for. Oh well.....
