Will this work for an aluminum exterior door threshold to a concrete floor?

I have used heavy duty Loctite installing an aluminum threshold to a concrete base, it held fine. However the new threshold had pre drilled holes for metal screws to attach my new threshold into the concrete. Probably best heavy duty Loctite will adhere if applied to clean surface on warm day.
