Very pretty napkin rings that look like they would cost much more than they do. I am using these for my wedding and then I'm going to give them, a dozen at a time, to my sisters and friends.

This product is okay. It serves its purpose if you are looking for inexpensive, everyday napkin rings that you won't care too much about if one goes missing or gets broken. When I bought these the product description stated these were made of GLASS. I see the seller has since revised the product description to say metal, which is what I suspected they were when I ordered them. I have doubts as to whether these are actually made of iron. The metal edges are a little bit sharp so I would not let small children handle them. In terms of packaging, the rings came stacked together and protected by bubble wrap. All of the bubble wrap in my package had burst so if they had been glass they would have arrived broken. Canada Post took the whole package and forced it into my mailbox. I actually had to take the mailbox off my house to wrestle the package out of it. As I use and wash these napkin rings I'll post an update on how they fare. Overall, these napkin rings are good enough for daily use and sold at a decent price.UPDATE: Unfortunately, these rings are a little bit large for my 18 inch napkins. I also found that the metal edges can hitch in the fabric, less so if you have thick, good quality material. On the positive side, I quite like the look of these napkin rings, and they have a nice weight. I decided to keep them because they are unique and the price (under $12) was pretty amazing. If you do buy these, my advice is to make sure your napkins are at least 20 inches or larger and made of a thick cotton or cotton blend to prevent hitches. I would rate these 3 stars based on the nice design and price, but not purchase again.
