First thing first, take item out of plastic pouch, throw pouch away and hand wash garment. Several times with soapy water to get excess dye out.Can put on wet in hot weather to get evaporative cooling effect.I've only had mine a few days but I really like it. Very soft material that blocks sunlight well and feels comfortable on face for long periods of time.As a landscaper in Florida these are must have items in the hot sweltering sun. I currently own several different name brands of these. Mission,buff, Artctic and a few generic ones.This one is my favorite it fits nicely stays up and offers protection from the elements. Plus it breathes well and doesn't get hot.Can also be used as a mask when needed, just bring up the bottom half over your nose for two layer protection. I would buy again and probably will order a couple more.I hand wash mine after every use with soapy dish detergent and it's ready to go. Highly recommend.

I am 6’1” 175lb man. The fabric is just like performance fabric shirts. It’s slick, stretchy and comfortable. It’s not a surgical mask but it will keep pollen and crap out of your face. The ear cutouts are a much needed bonus for fit, to keep it in place, and to make it comfortable when using Bluetooth headphones.I have a bunch of different manufacturers of this mask/gaiter and this is the best one I have used so far. Absolutely going to order more.

I have a large/wide head and wear a size 8 cap; my head's pretty big for man, this mask appears to fit me just fine. The ear loops work well to keep the fabric from sliding down - I appreciate not needing to readjust the neck gaiter over and over like a loose pair of pants. I would describe the fit as firm but not uncomfortable.Fabric doesn't heat up with breathing and appears to impede air travel from leaving my nose and mouth to about 3-6 inches away (not breathing proof like a half mask, but acts as a minimal layer of protection at least, I knew this before buying, something sold as breathable implied breathability). There's enough room inside the fabric to stick an additional napkin or cut to size cotton towel; the fabric has enough force to hold it in place.I prefer these style of neck gaiters / balaclavas to N95 and surgical masks because my big head and nose creates a lot of pressure points from the band strap and on my nose bridge. The fabric's stretchiness conforms better to my face.

Uncomfortable. Ear holes are a complete fail. Feels like it stole my face. Buy a brand name “Hoo-rag”. That is what I am doing.

I have Asthma and the traditional masks make it hard to breathe even more. This is lightweight, fits comfortable over my ears, does not slip and allows me to breathe. Bonus does not fog my glasses. You can even wet down and provides cooling.

I've bought wicking things before that claimed to be comfortable in hot weather. They often didn't live up to their hype. This gaiter absolutely does. It's super comfortable in hot, humid weather -- more comfortable than a bare face. I'm not sure how good of a filter it is, but it's definitely a joy to wear.It is a bit tricky to get over the ears, as it has ear holes, and it's easy to get the ear holes twisted to the wrong place -- but I figured it out, for the most part.It's really easy to hand wash and dries super quickly.I love it.

Poor quality material used and overpriced to cash in on the COVID-19 crisis. It looked like something you'd find in a dollar discount store. Made in China. The package label states on the outside: "The scarf maybe dangerous when sleep. Forbidden children use. [?] Please don't use for bed." Don't buy!

This mask is not breathable at all. It is made of nylon. If you plan to use it as a neck gaiter or headwrap, its fine but it will not work as a mask

Material feels soft and good.. Comes with a nice zip lock package..
