does this help a person with a 25 handicap or is it for a more single didget golfer?

Yes, I have used on both high and low handicap golfers when instructing and it works well for both. Helps them feel the swing.  Also good when you find your game starting to go south and need a little muscle memory reminder..

Is this the newest model? Does it have tour stops? What sizes are available? Right or left handed, which one is it ?

Amazon will always have the latest model.  The package from Amazon will have all the same items and instruction access as if purchased directly from the company.  The only difference is that Amazon only offers a 30 day guarantee whereas the company offers 60 days.

Received the jacket. No instructions, no information about any videos??

The training materials are all on-line.  You should have rec'd a smaller ZipLock bag inside the large ZipLock bag the Swing Jacket was in.  There's a label on that bag with instructions to access the training materials.  Those instructions are also on the QuickStart guide in that ZipLock bag.  More questions?  Give us a dingle.

No drop down for size

Hi Larry.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  I wish I had a smart answer for your question.  If you search within Amazon.com for the specific size you require you will find the product.  For whatever reason their system is not displaying all the products under a single umbrella with the drop down as you mentioned.
