Comfortable chair that is reasonably sturdy with lots of features.
This chair was a Christmas present for my wife who has been dealing with Sciatica for the last several weeks. My wife is 41 years old, 5' 3" and about 180 lbs from having 4 kids over several years. Her back pain has made working out difficult so she finds herself just trying to get comfortable in a chair or bed at timed. The back pain has been so bad she wasn't sleeping at all. This issue left her tired and miserable throughout the day.Because if her back pain it made getting our of bed and off couches difficult. So, I bit the bullet and opted for getting her a lifting chair to help with her mobility and ease her back pain. Why I bought this chair...1) Mandatory Features: I needed something that could lift her onto her feet, massage, and provide heat when her nerve pain is present. This chair does all of that very well.2) Optional features: this chair is full of pouches and cup holders. A good comparison is like this; a regular chair is a compact car but this chair is like a mini-van. It has all of those cup holders and compartments to hold things. There are 2 large pouches, one on the outside of each arm. There are 2 smaller pouches on the front of the arms in front of the 2 cup holders you see on the picture. The smaller pouches have fit my wife Motorola Moto G v4 with a case on it. The cup holders are perfect since you can have your water bottle and can of soda. I WILL CAUTION THIS; do NOT leave a can of opened soda in the cup holder and then lift the chair. The angle of the chair will caution the can to spill. This isn't a defect of the chair as much as it would be of a careless person. It hasn't happened yet since I saw the possibility and told the wife. There is also a USB connector where the recline and lift buttons are. While the picture shows the USB connector at top, above the buttons, ours has the USB connector between the buttons. This is no big deal, just a simple observation. The wife uses her phone often so having a charging cable nearby is invaluable. No more extension cables for her, LOL.3) Durability: the chair is reasonably durable and I only say this since we have only had the chair for 48 hours so far. Everything work; the massage, heat, and lift function worked right out of the box. The arms of the chair are reasonably sturdy, but I would not recommend sitting on them as some people do. The arms are lighter and they slide in on rails during assembly. A full grown person sitting on the arms would likely damage the arms or the rails themselves so just resist the urge to do that. I already told the kids it's "mom's chair" to prevent any unnecessary shenanigan's from playful kids frolicking on a chair. Other than that everything else seems completely fine. The arms are the only part I would treat with care. As long as you take care of it, the chair seems like it would last a long time. There was plenty of packing materials to keep the items intact and undamaged during delivery. There chair was delivered in two boxes as is described on the page. Both boxes arrived at the same time. One box had the chair base and one arm and the other box had the back and the other arm in it. I forget which one had the box with the cords, power adapter, and screws for the lift support and stuff like that.4) Assembly: assembly was pretty straight forward on this chair. Once you get all of the parts out of the box, it will take you around 20-30 mins max to setup the chair. The instructions are much better than ones you see with most furniture installations today. There are several double-sided 8.5"x11" instruction pages (stapled together) with pictures AND words...hahaha imagine that. Be patient and read the instructions thoroughly and you should be fine. If you can plug in cords for your TV then you should have no issues with this. Just pay attention to male and female connectors as some of them look the same on the outside but the prongs are different. Surprisingly enough the larger connectors have a plastic clamp that keeps them plugged together should there ever be tension on the cable. This prevents the cables from accidentally coming unplugged from minor tugs. This is important as 60-80 yr old folks would find it hard to reach around the back of the recline to reconnect them.Summary: the design of the chair looks like it was developed by someone who had disabled family themselves or was regularly around people of limited mobility. The sheer number of features included on the chair allows for a person to basically setup camp and stay a while. We bought the grey version of this chair which has a slight ting of blue in the grey color (gotta look closely when the light is one). The wife loves her chair and really appreciated it. While no chair will fully remove back pain, I can say that the day I assembled it, she tried it out. That afternoon she turned the massage and heat on, and passed out later in it, snoring and everything. With both of those features on it has helped to alleviate "some" of her pain and make her more comfortable. I looked at several chairs on Amazon before buying this one. While others had many of the same features and setup, what got me to buy this was what appeared to be greater "durability" and "reliability" based on customer reviews. I am a practical guy, so while the chair doesn't match perfectly with our couches, it seems to be well made and likely to last a good period of time if taken care of.This chair has everything a person wants and needs. Our chair parts came "un-damaged" so I have no idea how the company's customer service or warranty department is. The assembly instruction pages did state if any parts were damaged to please contact them to get replacements shipped. Contact information was also provided on the page(s) as well on how to reach them. Since I have never had a chair like this I did purchase the "All-State" accidental protection for the chair for peace of mind.Maybe this can help people when deciding on whether or not to purchase this chair. Hopefully your experience will be as painless as mine was. Best wishes!

Very happy
We needed a power lift recliner fast after in loved one had major hip issues including a break and replacement. This was delivered fast, was easy to set up and is a great fit for someone on the smaller size. For the price, I’m not expecting great quality or for it to last 10 years but it’s still a good quality for our purposes.

El producto
The product arrived damaged but the seller gave me a solution. The chair is very comfortable, but the product needs to be improved a bit. It is easy to assemble but you have to be careful with the connections because they are not very sensitive.

Great chair for the money
I bought this chair for my elderly mother who recently had a total knee replacement and was finding it difficult to get off the couch(low seating). The chair was delivered 2 days after promised deliver by date which I believe to be the fault of Fed Ex not the seller. We unpacked the chair and took it to mom’s house where we effortlessly put it together. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist but it helps to have 4 hands. The massager on the chair is worthless ( I suspected it would be), I didn’t buy it for that function though. The price point was affordable and the fact that it didn’t sit low too ground and it raised high enough up for her to get out of chair was my main goal. Mom was happy with the comfort of the chair and it literally will put her into a standing position. She likes the pocket holders and the heat function served her well. For the price point the chair is constructed soundly enough and I loved that it has the anti tip feature, which some of the other chairs did not have that I reviewed before purchasing. My mom is about 5-1 and 180 lbs(pear shaped) and the chair is a perfect fit for her. She was happy with the brown color and softness of the fabric. It reclines to an almost complete flat position if desired. We also chose this chair because it didn’t have the double “pillow” like back where it pushes your head and neck forward. It is flat on the back of the chair that makes it more comfortable for your neck. I would purchase again if I had to. She has had it about a month now. I waited a month to give this review to see how the chair held up.

Excellent chair!
My mom had knee surgery and I bought her this chair to help her while she was recovering. It is more than a year later and it has become a fixture in her home! Very comfortable and well made! Never had any issues at all with it! Would highly recommend!
