It seems the device is not enough strong for black thick hair on the face and underarms. So far I have had 7 treatments on face and 5 for underarms and yer I have not seen any improvements. ! wanted to return the item and unfortunately I missed the deadline. :)

This product seems to work, however; it purports to do so in six weeks. This is not true. At least not for me. I was religious about using it and even used it a couple times a week sometimes. It has DEFINITELY slowed hair growth. It softens the hair that comes back and it seems to work even on light and possibly grey hair. I would guess I will need to do it for another 3-6weeks to get completely rid of the hair. I will update my review after that.

Over priced and ineffective! Have been using this product for several months on brown body hair with little apparent effect. Would advise purchase of an FDA approved laser device instead.

5 weeks in, instead of trying all over i have been concentrating on just a couple places. Neck and couple spots on chest. Seeing very little if any hair loss as of yet. Light to medium brown skin with black hair. Twice a week, between 3 and 4 flashes an area.

too early to tell.
It is a little too early to see how many flashes I get and how it affects my hair growth. I have a Remington which only does 1500 flashes and it becomes hot and can burn.
